A website that books customers, in five days
Run a dental practice? A website is not usually your problem. The phone ringing out and the chair sitting empty are. That is a different page →
Most local businesses either have no website or one that falls apart on a phone, which is where nearly every customer looks first. I build the fix: a fast mobile site, online booking wired to your email and calendar, and an assistant that answers the questions people ask before they book. A$490 to set up, A$250 a month to keep it live and looked after, no meetings needed.
What you get
- A fast site on your own domain, built mobile first, because that is where your customers actually are
- Online booking or an enquiry form, wired straight to your email and your calendar, so nothing gets lost in a DM
- An AI enquiry assistant, answering opening hours, pricing and availability questions around the clock, in your words
- Your Google Business profile connected, with the local search basics done properly so people find you nearby
- Written handover, and you own everything, the domain, the site and the accounts are in your name from day one
See a real build
These are example builds for businesses here in the Bankstown area. Open them on your phone, that is how your customers will see yours.
The Meat Boss Butchery
Example build, family butcher in Padstow. Order ahead from your phone, pick up ready.
The five days
- Day 1, you send me your details, photos and prices; I send back the structure and you say yes or change it
- Day 2 and 3, I build it and you get a live link to watch it come together
- Day 4, booking, the assistant and your Google profile go in; you test it on your own phone
- Day 5, we go live on your domain, and you get the handover in writing
Price
The monthly is not an add-on, it is how the site stays live. It covers hosting, the booking assistant, edits when your prices or hours change, and someone noticing when something breaks. After twelve months it runs month to month and you can stop whenever you like. Your domain and your content stay yours throughout.
What is not included
- Online shops, payments and inventory, those are a bigger build and get their own quote
- Advertising spend and ongoing campaign management
- Photography and copywriting from scratch, though I will tidy up what you send me
- Multiple locations or multiple languages, quoted separately
FAQ
I already have a website. Is this worth it?+
Open it on your phone and try to book something in under a minute. If you cannot, your customers cannot either. Send me the link and I will tell you honestly whether it needs replacing or just fixing, and if it only needs fixing I will say so rather than sell you a rebuild.
What do you need from me?+
Your services and prices, a handful of photos, your opening hours, and the email address bookings should land in. That is it. If you do not have a domain yet I will sort it and register it in your name.
Do we have to meet?+
No. Everything runs over email and a live preview link, so you can look at it between customers instead of sitting in a meeting. I am based in East Hills, so if you would rather do it face to face, that also works.
What happens if I do not like it?+
You see a live version from day two, so there are no surprises at the end. The setup fee covers the build; if you walk away before launch you keep everything built up to that point, the monthly never starts, and you owe nothing further.
Why a monthly instead of one payment?+
Because a website that nobody maintains is worth less every month. The A$250 covers the hosting, the booking assistant, the edits when your prices or hours change, and the fact that someone notices when it breaks. It also means you start for A$490 instead of a few thousand. The term is twelve months, then month to month.
Tell me what your business does and send your current website if you have one. I reply the same day, and if I do not think a new site will earn you anything I will tell you that instead.
