Privacy policy
How personal data is processed under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Effective from 3 July 2026.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data processed through this website is Leadora Technologies s.r.o., company ID 24624136, registered at Hostěradice 44, 252 82 Kamenný Přívoz, Czech Republic (the "controller" or "I").
Contact for data protection matters: oliver@zaigla.com.
2. What data I process
I process only the data you give me yourself when you submit the contact form:
- name,
- email address,
- preferred consultation slot (if you pick one),
- the content of your message.
This website uses no cookies. I measure traffic with Plausible Analytics, which works without cookies, stores nothing in your browser and builds no profile of an individual visitor. It collects only aggregate counts of which pages are read, and the data is hosted in the EU. I cannot identify an individual person from it.
3. Purpose and legal basis
I process the form data solely to answer your enquiry and arrange a consultation, that is, for steps taken prior to entering into a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Any follow-up correspondence I keep on the basis of my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in running my business records.
I do not use your data to send unsolicited commercial messages and I do not sell it to third parties.
4. Retention
I keep the data while your enquiry is being handled and then for no longer than 3 years from our last communication, after which I delete it. Data that forms part of contractual or accounting records is kept for the period required by law.
5. Who has access
Only I have access to the data. For the technical operation of the site I use these processors:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), delivery of contact form messages to my inbox,
- Plausible Analytics (plausible.io), cookieless anonymous traffic measurement, hosted in the EU,
- my email provider, storage of the delivered correspondence.
Web fonts and all other assets are served from my own infrastructure. The only request that leaves for a third party while you browse is the anonymous traffic measurement described above.
6. Your rights
In relation to the processing of your personal data you have the right:
- of access to your data and information about its processing,
- to rectification of inaccurate data,
- to erasure (the "right to be forgotten"),
- to restriction of processing,
- to data portability,
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
To exercise your rights, email oliver@zaigla.com. I will reply within 30 days at the latest.
7. Security
Access to received enquiries is credential protected and only I have it. The site neither accepts nor stores any payment details.
8. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy occasionally, for example when the services I use change. The current version is always available on this page.
